Across the companies that make up the Effective Energy Group – Effective Home, Effective Energy Solutions, Max Energy and Aztec Solar – we have a range of exciting career opportunities.
We have over 200 employees in England and to date have installed more than £250 million worth of energy saving solutions, including solar panels. We also carry out around 5,000 home insulation installs a month and are expanding our capacity all the time.
As a trusted brand we were named Best Solar Installer in 2023 by The Independent. We have also teamed up with EDF, British Gas and Lloyd Banking Group to offer solar panels to their customers, so you can be sure we are a company with solid foundations and a reputation to match.

Although our Group head office is based in Nottingham, we have opportunities at a number of our different locations across England including Gateshead, Leeds, Doncaster, Warrington, Worksop, Leicester, Colchester, Swindon, Exeter, Portsmouth and Ashford.
